Individual Counseling

Individual counseling sessions are offered in person and via telehealth. Sessions are 50 minutes in length and are scheduled on a case-by-case basis, with most clients typically beginning with weekly appointments. Our early sessions focus on understanding your current concerns, symptoms, and goals for counseling, and may include brief screenings or assessments to help clarify your needs.
